We have 2 small Maintenance plans that comes with Hours limitations.
Here you have 30 Hrs Cap for each month at $700

Anything above the capping hrs will be billed at $30/hr rate addition.
Our team's standard operating time is 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM IST.
However, we are available most of the time for emergencies and if planned in advanced. Managers will collaborate with you on time that you decided after discussion.
Turnaround will be based on your task assignments and plan selected. We are quite FAST but we are still humans and work on one task at the moment.
