3. Payment Processing & Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway for processing payments including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other payment methods available in India.

When you make a payment on our platform:

• Your payment details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy
• We receive only a transaction reference ID and payment status — we do not have access to your full card number, UPI PIN, or other sensitive payment credentials
• Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and certified by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://osumstudio.com and any digital products or services offered by Osum Studio Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide UI/UX design services, front-end development, digital product templates, and related design consulting. The scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual client proposals or invoices.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design templates — is the property of Osum Studio Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, agreed deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in the engagement agreement. Template products sold through our store are licensed, not sold, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are to be made as per the schedule in the project proposal. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable GST will be added to invoices as required.

4. Prohibited Use

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose
• Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing our digital products without authorization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or client data
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when engaging with us

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osum Studio Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali/Chandigarh, Punjab, India.

7. Modifications

1. Service Engagements (Design & Development Projects)

• Payments made for project milestones already completed and delivered are non-refundable
• If a project is cancelled before commencement, a full refund will be issued for any advance paid
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed, at our discretion
• Revision requests covered under the agreed scope will be fulfilled without additional charge; out-of-scope requests will be quoted separately

2. Digital Products (Templates & Store Items)

All digital product sales are final. Since digital products can be instantly accessed after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made if the product was significantly different from its description, or a technical defect prevents it from functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

To raise a refund request, email info@osumstudio.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges or transaction fees levied by Razorpay are non-refundable. In case of a valid refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method, minus applicable gateway fees, within 7–10 business days.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

1. Cancellation of Service Engagements

You may cancel an ongoing service engagement at any time by notifying us in writing. The following conditions apply:

• Before work commences: Full refund of any advance paid
• After work has begun: Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date; any prepaid amount exceeding completed work value will be refunded
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice before a scheduled milestone may incur a rescheduling fee

2. Cancellation of Digital Product Orders

Orders for digital products can be cancelled only if the download has not yet been accessed. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation before download, contact us immediately at info@osumstudio.com with your order details.

3. Cancellation by Osum Studio

We reserve the right to cancel any order or engagement if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, project requirements violate our policies or applicable law, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the engagement. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for work not yet delivered.

4. Subscription Services

For any ongoing design retainer or membership service, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods unless mandated by applicable law.
